We are always excited to meet new patients! Your first visit begins with a comprehensive oral evaluation. Our team will develop a treatment plan to help you achieve and maintain a healthy smile. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about treatment options during your visit.
Reminders regarding your first dental visit:
- Bring your photo ID and dental insurance card
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- If you need antibiotics prior to dental work, please take them as prescribed. If you are not sure, please contact your doctor prior to your visit.
- Complete your patient forms prior to your visit
No Insurance? No Problem! Enroll in our In-House Dental Plan
Konstan Family Dentistry offers an in-house dental plan, KDP, that includes reduced fees on most services, as well as included routine preventative care at no additional charge.
Our membership plan is NOT dental insurance. The program is administered right here in our office and allows us to offer reduced pricing and other benefits for a small annual fee. Many people put off dental care because of expense, but with Konstan Family Dentistry, you can get the high-quality care you need at a price you’ll love!

Payment Options
The Office Coordinator can assist you with payment options and treatment planning. You can pay for office visits and any treatments by cash, check, or credit card at the time of service. We also accept most major dental insurances. Financing can also be obtained through CareCredit. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call us at 330-628-3017.
