Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Hess attended Ohio State University for undergraduate and Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Illinois for dental school. She is a part of the Ohio Dental Association.

Outside of work, Dr. Hess enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Ohio State buckeyes, and staying active by biking, hiking, and playing pickleball.
